Services and Fees
GRACE MORGAN HOUSE prides itself on its fee structure. It is based on the concept of a single fee for everything. With the exception of cable TV and telephone service in the apartment (we provide cable TV and telephones in our common areas), our fee covers everything we provide. We do not have “timed care” or “a la carte” pricing. In addition, we offer most, if not all, of the services and amenities offered by larger corporate assisted living residences. When choosing an assisted living residence, you should be aware that sometimes the price quoted is really only a “base” price. Many other fees are added, and some people are shocked when they see the first month’s “real” bill.
Our Services Include:
- 24 hour awake staffing, emergency response and security systems
- Health monitoring, health assessments and care planning by our registered nurse
- Activities Coordinator on staff
- Regular group outings
- Assistance with arranging transportation and doctor’s visits
- Three delicious home-cooked meals per day with a kitchen that stays open 24 hours in case someone is hungry in the night
- All housekeeping and laundry services
- Regular live entertainment
- All utilities (except cable and telephone service in the apartment)
- All personal care services, including help with bathing, dressing, ambulation and incontinence
- Escort to and from common areas (e.g. dining room, living room)
- A comprehensive medication management program
- Social and recreational programs
- Wellness and exercise programs
Because our philosophy is to do whatever is necessary to make an individual happy, safe and comfortable, we regularly perform many other services in addition to those listed above.
